September Books

A warning, this month and the next few months are going to be pitiful in terms of the number of books I read. The trifecta of grad school, homeschooling, and Girl Scouts are almost too much for me to handle.

forest forgetting

*In the Forest of Forgetting was good book. Different, but good. You need to be in the right mood for it since none of the stories have terribly happy endings. Not horrible endings, necessarily, but definitely not chipper.

*While I only completed one actual novel for read alouds to Bean, we did start Ribsy, but didn’t finish at her request. I also read a five picture books about King Arthur (in addition to the other picture books I read to her for school).
